Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) course with an integrated curriculum of Certificate in CommunityHealth for Nurses (CCHN) from the academic year 2020 & onward from an Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council recognized Institute or University.
Age Limit
The Upper age Limit for Un-reserved category candidates is 35 (Relaxation in age for reserved category as per UP state govt.)
NHM UP CHO Selection Process
The selection process for NHM UP CHO Recruitment 2022 is purely based on merit and percentage of total marks obtained in theory and practical of the final year of B.Sc. (Nursing) /Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) Examination.
NHM UP CHO Salary Structure
The salary structure for NHM UP CHO is Rs 20500 + up to Rs 15000 performance-based incentives(PBI).
NOTE: A Surety Bond of Rs. 2.50 Lakh on the Non Judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- must be submitted by the candidates at the time of joining as CHO to serve for a minimum of three years at Sub Health Centre level HWC in Uttar Pradesh.
