Agreement
The candidates who will be selected as Community Health Officer at the Health and Wellness Centres across the State have to sign an agreement on a 1000 rupee stamp that he/she will serve the DHS for a period of 18 months. Failing in doing so he/she must compensate the District Health Society (DHS) with a recoverable amount of 06 months or 1.50 Lakhs as a penalty.
