Zack Snyder’s Justice League Worldwide Release Date Announced with a Few Exceptions

After waiting for more than three years, Zack Snyder’s Justice League Finally comes the next month. And it’s not just fans in the US that have a chance to see the fny snyder cut. The filmmaker has confirmed that his definitive version of the film will be released worldwide on the same day. On 18 March, almost everyone around the world will have the opportunity to see what all the fuss was about from the comfort of home.

Zack Snyder took to Twitter to break the news. It has previously been confirmed that this is the new, much longer version Justice League HBO will arrive on Max in the US on 18 March. Now, Snyder has revealed that it will be available majority of Markets around the world through a rough form of digital offering, be it a streaming service, on-demand rental / purchase or digital download. “Zack Snyder’s Justice League will be available on the same day in all markets worldwide such as on-demand, digital download, linear or streaming on March 18 in the US. Platform availability will depend on each region (with the exception of China) . France and Japan, where release dates are TBD). Additional details for specific markets will be shared soon.

The only exceptions to this release will be China, France and Japan. The studio says release dates are to be set in those countries. What remains to be seen is whether the studio will invest in a theatrical release. Given that Snyder’s cut is going to be about four hours long, it will be challenging at the best of times. Given how bad things continue at the box office, it is even more difficult. But Snyder has teased that there are possible plans for some kind of theatrical release. However it is likely to happen at a later date.

It has been a long time since all this has come. Zack Snyder gave up production of Justice League In 2017. Joss Whedon oversees extensive rewriting and rehabilitation. As a result, the theatrical version was nothing like what Snyder had originally intended. Fans started calling #ReleaseTheSnyderCut from the studio. The relentless demand to give Snyder millions to finish the film led Warner Bros., which was nowhere to be found. Only one new scene was filmed, which introduced Jared Leto’s Joker in the film.
