Triphala is a combination of three fruits- amla (Indian gooseberry), haritaki (chebulic myrobalan), and bibhitaki (beleric myrobalan). Prepare a solution by soaking triphala powder in water overnight. The next morning, strain the solution and use it as an eye wash. This helps in cleansing the eyes and improving vision.
