Serena Williams Tearfully Cuts Interview Short After Naomi Osaka Loss

Serena Williams Broke down in tears after a hard loss Naomi Osaka At the Australian Open.

Naomi defeated the 39-year-old tennis veteran 6-3, 6-4 in the semi-finals of the annual tournament in Melbourne on Thursday, 5 February. After the match, Serena attended a press conference, but cut short questions after getting emotional during one of her reactions.

In the footage of the press event that can be seen below, the moderator said, “The last couple questions in the room please.” He then called a reporter who asked about the star’s “unexpected errors through the match” and whether it was “one of those bad days in office.”

Serena started taunting and said, “Uh, I don’t know.” Then she said, “I’m done,” as she got up from her seat and walked out of the room, ending the conference.

Earlier in the question-and-answer session, Serena was in good spirits, replying to a reporter who asked about the end of the match. After he was defeated, the legendary tennis player left the court to stand and put his hands on the heart.
