Actress Rasika Dugal said on Monday that she has completed shooting for the second season of the web series Out of Love.
She was shooting in Ooty and Coonoor for almost two months.
In the first season of the show, the Mirzapur star featured a physician, Dr. Played the role of Meera Kapoor, who exposes the infidelity of her husband (Purab Kohli) and struggles to cope with the revelation.
Dugal said he was fortunate to have wrapped up the shooting despite the challenges posed by the ongoing coronovirus epidemic.
Shooting for the second season of “Out of Love” felt like a work holiday in the mountains! I have had the privilege of living an actor and shooting outdoors despite the obstacles and challenges of the present times.
The 35-year-old actor said in a statement, “I am delighted that I have had to become Dr. Meera Kapoor for such a long time and I am excited to see viewers see her many shades this season.”
The Hotstar series, which debuted in 2019, is an Indian adaptation of the British show Doctor Foster.
Dougal had the comedy Lootcase, season two of Mirzapur and the adaptation of filmmaker Mira Nair’s series A Suitable Boy.
The actor will next appear in the second season of the Netflix crime drama Delhi Crime and in the first film directed by actor Anshuman Jha, Lord Curzon Ki Haveli.
