Petition filed to remove Amitabh Bachchan’s voice from caller tune on COVID-19 awareness

A Public Interest Litigation has been filed in the Delhi High Court seeking direction from the Center to dispel the voice of megastar Amitabh Bachchan against precautions against coronoviruses on the grounds that he himself, along with some family members, Was infected with the virus.

The petition, which said that there were some famous Corona warriors who were ready to offer their services for free, came for hearing before the bench of Chief Justice DN Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh on Thursday.

The bench listed it for January 18 as the petitioner’s counsel expressed an inability to attend the physical hearing.

The petition filed by Delhi resident and social activist Rakesh said that the government imposed Bachchan to make people aware of the preventive measures to fight the COVID-19 epidemic, while the superstar as well as his family The other members of it did not even care.

The petition filed by advocates AK Dubey and Pawan Kumar stated that the Indian government is paying fees to Amitabh Bachchan to take restrictive measures on caller ringtone.

“There are some Corona warriors who are doing great service to the nation and helping the poor and needy people in these times as well as providing them food, clothing and shelter and it is very important to mention here that some Corona warriors have distributed their hard earned money among the poor ”, the petition said.

It states that some famous Corona warriors are still ready to render their services without any payment and are ready to serve the nation.

“Amitabh Bachchan does not have a clean history and is not serving the nation as a social worker”, the petition alleged, citing several cases pending against him in various courts.
