Nintendo Direct: How to watch, start times and what to expect

The last six months have generally been quiet for Nintendo. It had a big holiday release Super mario 3d all-stars, Three remastered games and a collection of Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, a Zelda spin-off. Will the next six months be different? We will find out on Wednesday.

Only then will Nintendo host it Nintendo directA presentation in which Japanese gaming giants will announce that you are “playing which games in the first half of 2021” on your switch.

what to expect

Nintendo says we’re watching the news on Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, plus we’re likely to get a good look at the New Pokémon Snap, slated for an April 30 release. But it’s a 50-minute presentation compared to the July Nintendo Direct Mini, so we’re expecting at least one juicy reveal.

It’s possible we’ll get more DLC for Pokémon Sword and Shield, as two previously announced expansion packs were released last October. And with the last few Mario releases Remasters – 3D All-Stars and, earlier this month, WiiU’s 3D World – our favorite plumber is due for a new adventure. Also, there is always the possibility that we will see more wild 2’s breath.

There is a chance that the “one more thing” announcement may not be a game at all. The rumor mill has had a new, 4K-capable Nintendo Switch for several months. Not a light switch, but a heavy switch. (It will not be said at all.)
