Back in March, in response to the coronavirus epidemic, NBCUniversal decided that production for the TV show would be suspended throughout the company. Thus, the popular medical drama ceased production and found itself with a shorter season.

The 35-year-old said, “I think a lot of those episodes, unfortunately, will probably get just a few — I think we had three more to shoot and we stayed on that third.” The actor told E! “I think some of those stories will spread in season three. Some of it will be lost.”
