Richa Chadha’s first look at Madam Chief Minister is out. Chadha is playing the titular character in the film, which also stars Akshay Oberoi, Shubharajyoti, Manav Kaul and Saurabh Shukla.
The producers took the T-series on social media to share the first look of Madam Chief Minister. The tweet reads, “Posing in front of you, #MadamChiefMinister’s first look, a sobbing political drama featuring Richa Chadha, Manav Kaul and Saurabh Shukla! In theaters on January 22! Stay tuned!”

In the first look poster, Richa Chadha’s character, Sporting Brews, is looking defensively towards the camera, holding a broom in her hands. The characters of Manav Kaul and Saurabh Shukla can be seen on both sides of Chadha.
Set in Uttar Pradesh, Madam Chief Minister is an inspiring story of a woman who breaks the shackles of patriarchy and removes all manner of obstacles to reach the top in UP politics.
The film is written and directed by Subhash Kapoor, who is known for films like Jolly LLB and Charan Gaye Ray Obama.
