Bollywood star Katrina Kaif said on Tuesday that she has tested positive for coronovirus and is currently isolated at home. The actor, through an Instagram story, told his fans about his COVID-19 diagnosis and also asked people who had come in contact with him in the last few days to test it himself.
“I have tested positive for Kovid-19. Immediately isolated himself and the house would be under quarantine. I am following all safety protocols under the advice of my doctors. Whoever came in contact with me requested to be tested immediately. Thankful for all your love and support. Please be safe and take care, ”wrote Katrina.
Katrina was diagnosed the day after she was shared by actor-rumored Vicky Kaushal, after she tested positive for coronovirus. In addition to Vicky, his Mr. Lele co-star Bhumi Pednekar has also contracted the virus. The two actors took to the respective social media handles to inform fans about their health.
“Despite all the care and precautions, unfortunately, I have tested positive for COVID-19. After all the necessary protocols, I am out of the house to take the medicine prescribed by my doctor. I request all those who come in contact with me to get an inquiry done immediately. Take care and stay safe, ”Vicky wrote in an Instagram post.
On the work front, Katrina Kaif shot for Excel Entertainment’s Phone Bhoot in the first year. The horror comedy also stars Ishaan Khattar and Siddhant Chaturvedi. Katrina is slated to film the third installment of the ongoing successful Tiger franchise. Co-starring superstar Salman Khan, the YRF-backed film will be starring by Manish Sharma.
