Karthik Aryan is a relieved man as his coronovirus test report came out negative on Monday. The actor, who has been in quarantine for two weeks, shared a selfie on his Instagram informing fans of the happy news. Referring to Rama’s exile in the Ramayana, Karthik wrote in a clear mood, “14 days of exile finished.” He said that he would now return to work.
The Pyaar Ka Punchnama actor shared a sun-kissed picture of himself, as he made a negative mark. He captioned it, “Negative ion 14 din ka vanvaas khatam to Back to work,”.
As fans showed enthusiasm and love for the news, designer Manish Malhotra also posted a thumbs up and love hit a smiley on Karthik’s post.
Yesterday, the actor shared a faked photo of himself outside his vanity van, and wrote, “Waiting for my report”.
Personnel Aryan tested positive for Kovid-19 on March 22, a few days after which he walked the ramp for Manish Malhotra at Lakme Fashion Week. Sharing his health update, the actor had asked fans to pray for him. During his quarantine period, Karthik’s social media game remained strong as he continued to share some hilarious content around his current situation.
While in one post he showed his ‘Shining TVcha’, in another, he was happy with the night curfew for Mumbaikars provided he was in a ‘lockdown’ condition. Sharing a picture of himself being handmade, he also wrote, “Looking at Kovid from now on! Himself”. And when producer Ekta Kapoor asked about the health in the post, she replied, “Ghar kum kum kum bhava hai and is getting better”.
On the work front, there is Bhool Bhulaiya 2 for Karthik’s release, which is directed by Anees Bazmee. He will also share screen space with Dostana 2 in Janhvi Kapoor.
