In hopes of getting more Kentuckians vaccinated, one Kentucky nonprofit has announced they will be giving away not one, not two, but 20 different trips to Disney World! But there’s a catch — You must be vaccinated against COVID-19.
The Kentucky Association of Health Plans (KAHP) is hosting the sweepstakes and is open to anyone who is enrolled in Medicaid who gets their COVID-19 vaccine between September 6 and September 30.
According to the sweepstakes:
Currently enrolled Medicaid members ages 21 and up receiving their first COVID-19 vaccination dose between Sept. 6 and Sept. 30 can visit KAHP.org to enter in a sweepstakes for a chance to be one of 20 grand prize winners for a vacation package for 4 that includes airfare, a 3-night hotel stay, and 3-day park passes to the most magical place ever in Orlando, FL. Entries will open beginning Sept. 6 (*full terms and conditions apply).
“Just being around the state at our events, I can say that it is heartening to meet so many people who decide to receive the vaccine after they hear about our various incentive programs or were touched by our outreach efforts,” said Tom Stephens, executive director of Kentucky Association of Health Plans.
There will be a total of 20 winners, each of whom will win a vacation to Walt Disney World for four people. The vacation will include a three-night hotel stay, three-day Park admission, and airfare.
