Bhoot Police, starring Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez and Yami Gautam, is all set to release in theaters. The film, directed by Pawan Kripalani, will ‘arrive in theaters’ on 10 September. The makers also shared an interesting and scary poster, which reveals the film’s theme. The poster depicts the actors, but has their back towards the camera.
In the poster, ‘Get ready to scream with a logon’, Jacqueline catches a whip, Yami is searching for a ghost with the help of a lantern and Arjun is ready to hunt with a spear. Saif Ali Khan looks like the head of the team.
Earlier, in a statement, director Kripalani said, “Ramesh Taurani, Akshay Puri and I are excited to bring this scary adventure comedy to the big screen on Celluloid to make everyone experience thrills and laughter.”
On casting Arjun and Saif in the film, he said, “I am thrilled to be coming together for this entertaining feature of Saif and Arjun. Both will be seen bringing their trademark fun elements to the new avatar, which they will portray in the film. “
The cast and crew of Bhoot Police completed the shooting of the film on 5 February. The film is produced by Ramesh Taurani, Akshay Puri and co-producer Jaya Taurani.
Apart from the ghost police, Yami Gautam will also be seen in Abhishek Bachchan’s Dasavi. The film was announced on Monday. Saif, who recently adopted paternity for the second time, has included Magnum-Opus Adipurush in his kitty. He will also be seen in Bunty and Babli 2.
Arjun Kapoor has Sandeep and Pinky absconding, which is set for a theatrical release. Jacqueline has started shooting for Akshay Kumar’s Bachchan Pandey.
